Tile expansion joint strips have the function of decorating and protecting the floor and can also move within the expansion and contraction range allowed by the sealant. Aluminum expansion joints are often used in expensive marble or tiles to better prevent them from being damaged by shrinkage and expansion. They are usually filled with EPDM to achieve a cushioning effect. Aluminum expansion joints are suitable for residential and commercial projects. They can be used indoors and outdoors as a substitute for caulking.
